Can you ship cookies?
Not at this time. Check back for updates.
What is the minimum order?
There are THREE options for minimum orders.
1. TWO dozen standard size cookies (approximately 3-4 inches)
2. THREE dozen miniature cookies (approximately 2 inches)
3. THREE dozen of 1 dozen standard cookies and 2 dozen minis
When is payment due?
A non-refundable deposit is required to hold your spot on my calendar. Remaining payment is due within 7 days, or your order will be cancelled. No exceptions.
How much are cookies?
Information about prices are available under the pricing tab. All orders are individually priced.
Do you deliver cookies?
I do not offer delivery of cookies. At the time your order is finalized, a pick up window will also be scheduled. Please keep in mind that pick up time is firm and I cannot guarantee freshness for cookies that have been forgotten by the client. If something comes up, please let me know as soon as possible to allow for other arrangements.
Do you offer vegan, gluten free or nut free options?
No. While the cookies and icing do not contain nuts, The Heartfull Cookie is not a nut free kitchen.
Can I freeze my cookies?
Absolutely!

Cookies will come heat sealed, typically in an individual package. Most cookie orders will come in a box, you may simply place that box in the freezer. If you do not have room in your freezer, or your cookies are not in a box, gently place them in a freezer-approved bag or container (preferably standing up in a row, not laying flat on top of each other) and place them in the freezer. The night before you will need the cookies, gently remove them from the freezer and allow cookies to completely defrost before opening the container or bag to avoid condensation, which can ruin the cookies.
